We believe that every worker deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their nationality or skill level. Our practices are grounded in international labor standards, including the IRIS Standard and ILO General Principles.
2. Zero Recruitment Fees
In accordance with global best practices, we strictly adhere to the “Employer Pays” principle:
No Fees for Workers: Candidates are not charged any fees or costs for their recruitment or job placement.
Employer Responsibility: All costs related to visa processing, medical examinations, and travel are borne by the employer as per mutual agreement.
No Hidden Costs: We prohibit sub-agents or third parties from collecting unauthorized money from job seekers.
3. Transparency and Honest Communication
We ensure that every candidate is fully informed before they leave their home country:
Accurate Job Details: We provide truthful information regarding job roles, salaries, working hours, and living conditions.
Written Contracts: All workers receive a written employment contract in a language they understand at least five days prior to departure.
No Contract Substitution: The terms agreed upon at the time of recruitment will not be changed to less favorable conditions upon arrival in the destination country.
4. Respect for Freedom of Movement
We uphold the fundamental right of every worker to control their own legal documents:
No Document Retention: We never withhold or confiscate passports, visas, or other identity documents.
Voluntary Employment: All work must be entered into freely. We strictly prohibit any form of forced labor, debt bondage, or human trafficking.
5. Worker Welfare and Support
Our responsibility does not end with placement:
Safe Accommodations: We ensure that employers provide clean, safe, and dignified housing.
Grievance Mechanism: We provide an accessible way for workers to report concerns or abuses without fear of retaliation.
Ongoing Assistance: We offer post-deployment support to help workers integrate successfully into their new teams.
